NurMinds was founded and is led by Dr. Norulhuda Bte Sarnon@ Kusenin, a dedicated expert in psychology and social work. As a senior lecturer at Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia, she brings extensive experience in managing interventions for at-risk youth, children, and families. At NurMinds, Dr. Norulhuda spearheads innovative research on dysfunctional families, focusing on domestic violence and family meetings.

Nor Shamira is a highly skilled therapist with a wealth of experience and a strong educational background. Her hands-on experience as a trainee counselor at Pejabat Agama Islam Daerah Hulu Langat and PsiTra Klinik Psikologi & Konsultasi (PKPK) UKM has honed her abilities in conducting individual and couples counseling sessions using evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

HJ Abdul Halim Bin Ab Hamid is a seasoned Psychology Officer with extensive experience in providing counselling and psychological services across various government departments, including the Jabatan Kebajikan Masyarakat Negeri Kelantan and Jabatan Perkhidmatan Awam, Putrajaya. He holds a Master of Counselling (SPADA) from Universiti Sains Islam Malaysia and a Master of Counselling Psychology from Universiti Malaysia Sabah. Abdul Halim is a registered counsellor with the Malaysian Counsellor Board and a life member of PERKAMA International.
